These terms apply to the public Tripward website and demo inquiries. They are not a subscription agreement for the Tripward application.

Using this website

This website is operated by Tripward LLC, based in Texas, United States ("Tripward," "we," or "us").

You may use this website to learn about Tripward and contact us about your agency. Use it lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, or misrepresent your identity or authority to act for an agency.

Demos and subscriptions

Requesting a demo does not start a subscription, authorize a charge, or guarantee that an agency will be onboarded. The advertised price is US $69.99 per month for an entire agency, with no per-advisor charges.

Before a paid subscription begins, the applicable service agreement must specify billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, any taxes or additional fees, support, and data handling. No trial, refund entitlement, or setup arrangement is created by this website. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not affected.

Product information and previews

The site explains Tripward’s workflows. Screens show sample information and do not represent actual customer results. Features and availability may change; confirm the features and service commitments relevant to your agency before subscribing.

Tripward is software for organizing agency work. Website content is not accounting, tax, legal, or travel advice, and a preview does not guarantee commissions, revenue, or business results.

Website content

Tripward’s branding, text, and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site and share links to it. These terms do not transfer ownership of the content or grant a right to present Tripward’s branding as your own. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses.

Information you send us

Only send information you are authorized to share. Avoid sending sensitive traveler documents or confidential credentials in demo inquiries. Our Privacy Policy explains how website and inquiry information is handled.

Availability and external services

We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be unavailable during maintenance or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit commitments in a separately agreed paid-service contract or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
