Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 20, 2026
This policy explains how information is handled when you visit tripward.org or contact us about a demo.
Who this policy covers
This website is operated by Tripward LLC, based in Texas, United States ("Tripward," "we," or "us").
Tripward is the service described on this website. For privacy questions, contact hello@tripward.org. This policy covers the public marketing website and related inquiries. It does not describe the processing of traveler records inside an agency’s Tripward workspace; that processing must be addressed in the agency’s service and data-processing arrangements.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. Our demo template asks for your name, agency name, team size, current tools, areas of interest, and preferred meeting times. You can edit the template before sending it.
Please do not include passwords, payment card details, passport copies, or private traveler records in a demo inquiry. The app previews on this website use sample data.
Website traffic and technical information
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Serving and protecting the site involves processing technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, request times, and security events. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technology for security and traffic management. Your browser settings let you manage cookies; blocking them may affect security checks.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to your questions, arrange and follow up on a demo, and discuss whether Tripward fits your agency. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against abuse.
Service providers and disclosures
Cloudflare processes website traffic, and Proton Mail handles messages sent to our contact address. These providers process information as needed to supply their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, or threats to security.
When you follow a link to another service, its own privacy practices apply. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Proton’s privacy policy for their practices.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained as needed for the conversation, related business records, and applicable legal obligations. Retention of infrastructure records is also affected by provider settings and policies. You can ask us to delete inquiry information by emailing the address below. We will explain any information that must be retained. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send a demo request or limit what you include. To ask about, access, correct, or delete information you provided, email hello@tripward.org. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about a demo.
Children
This website is directed to business users, not children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Changes to this policy
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. We will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
